Who We Are

Alice SwansonALICE SWANSON

Learn to Earn Workshops was developed by and are presented by Alice Swanson. Alice has more than 20 years of experience in business and recruitment.

Alice has worked as an Executive Recruiter for multiple companies in Colorado and Chicago. She provided staff development and training, managed a team of recruiters, and was responsible for significantly increasing the client base for executive recruitment divisions.

She was Executive Vice President for the Boulder Chamber of Commerce, where she worked with thousands of businesses ranging in size from 1 to 1,000. While there, Alice used her strengths in motivational leadership to produce many events and programs, focusing on the needs and interests of the business community while making valuable contacts through corporate relationships and sponsorships.
